Practicing Martial Arts While Fasting

Today is the 12 day of Ramadan . I missed aikido class last week as i was too tired . I wasn't going to miss this one . We did various exercises and throws . My neck got really sore when my teacher threw me using an iriminage . I got to help the beginners alot . Honestly , i felt thirsty but i feel better now . There is still about 4 hours left till break fast . I am going to spend the time studying . It is great that you can carry on your daily activities despite fasting , without feeling tired .
